THIS PROPERTY WAS RESERVED FOR ONE YEAR ON A rent to own option. (JUNE 1ST,2008 TO MAY,2009). Whatever the Buyer spent for the rental in one year was supposed to be deducted from the Purchase price if Buyer exercised his option to buy it within one year or right after the end of one year lease contract. The Lease Contract: One Year Rent WAS paid in advance plus a three (3)months deposit.
