	AREA DESCRIPTION

Just approximately ten minutes from the city center through Marcos Highway, CRYSTAL CAVE SUBDIVISION is known of its vacation homes generally mansions.
This higher Southwest side portion is away from the earthquake red zone that beset a few lines by the cave itself. The Cave is about half kilometer farther and is much lower by the North side. The property is located on two houses below the top of the mountain by the West side.

At the opposite mountain slope is the Crystal Dale Subdivision,a second class subdivision. At the foot hills are mansions and buildings as well as a few schools newly built this year. At teh EAST side is the Mirador and Dominican Hills covering Baguio City Hall and the Central Business District (CBD).
