Why are you selling?
Our parents are at the prime of their life. They should be migrating to the USA soon to join our eldest brother who’s in the states. We, their children, are going each of their own path. In fact, there are already residential lots waiting for us to transfer to.
Right now we’re just basically "keeping it alive", but we’re not actively growing it. The property needs an energetic and driven person to build a business establishment on it and get it going again.
Personally, we'd suggest a few things. This lot is perfect for: - A hotel or motel - A great looking bar or club - A business building with offices/stalls to rent out - A supermarket maybe (if you’re willing to rival Johnny’s and Mr.JJ-both of which are the popular supermarkets here) - Why are you asking for that kind of price?
We really hate it when people play hard to get by asking for a much lower bargain after which they’ll be developing a multi-million establishment on it. We know that because we’ve been here through the years and we’ve seen a couple of properties bought at such low price which in turn a hotel will be developed on it and thus earning million bucks a year. Sure, that could work, but for such a promising site we find it insulting.
If you can't see the potential and value in this site, then you shouldn't be inquiring on it in the first place.
