This 14,300sqm lot is just about 1.2 kilometers away from the Town center and it is proudly along the Beachfront or Salvage Zone (beach front). The Salvage Zone is very wide with its 35 to 50 meters from the water itself.....indeed a very wide promenade area.

Along the same beach line nearer the town center are developed beach resorts with swimming pool but some has narrower Salvage Zone (beach front) and is at 3X of the price of this one for sale.
There is another vacant lot nearby which is untitled yet, It is 2,989 sqm lot. It is abut 200 meters from the Salvage Zone. It is ideal to dig a pond to grow shrimps for business. orchids business and vegetable farm is also very viable though, you may need to buy a truckload of garden soil. At night, the nice view of the Baguio City lights assure you you are not far from the coldest city in the Philippines and the Summer Capital: Baguio City.
