Fully-Furnished or Semi-Furnished Condos

A condo unit, in particular a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the extent of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The most obvious difference between a condo unit and a house in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as beds), appliances (such as tumble dryers) and other furnishings (such as lighting fixtures) may be mentioned in the lease document.
