The onus is on the owner of the unfinished condominium unit to contract a building crew and develop the unit, with walls, a tiled or parqueted floor, ceilings, wiring, plumbing, wall paint, and so on.

Bare, Semi-Furnished, or Fully-Furnished Condos

A condo unit, in particular a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the magnitude of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The chief variation between a condo unit and a house in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as cabinets), appliances (such as home theaters) and other furnishings (such as lighting fixtures) may be mentioned in the offer.
