Semi-Furnished to Fully-Furnished Condominium Units

A condo unit, most often a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the volume of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The principal difference between a condo unit and a house in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as tables), appliances (such as stereos) and other furnishings (such as ornaments) may be included in the contractual document.
