The onus is on the owner of the unfinished condominium unit to find a building crew and develop the unit, with walls, a tiled or parqueted floor, ceilings, wiring, plumbing, wall paint, and so on.

Bare, Semi-Furnished, or Fully-Furnished Condos

A condo unit, most commonly a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the range of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The main variation between a condo unit and a house in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as bookshelves), appliances (such as air conditioners) and other furnishings (such as curtains) may be included in the arrangement.
