A spectacular 554-acre ultra-exclusive multi-phased luxury residential resort community, Le Paradis will be managed by Starwood-Westin Hotels & Resorts and will feature a first-class spa, 50-slip marina, premier restaurants, conference facilities, mixed-use components and much more. With Greg Norman's acclaimed golf course framing the resort, the tropical paradise will be the premier address on St. Lucia and one of the most luxurious in the Caribbean. The course will be managed by renowned Troon Golf. Le Paradis' limited number of residences include two- to three-bedroom turnkey condominiums and villas with unobstructed ocean views. Prices range from the mid 800,000s to 1.3 million, with incentives including Le Paradis' golf initiation membership waived, golf dues waived for three years and a Troon Advantage VIP card. Phase One of the project is slated to open in November 2007. There are also a limited number of land lots availble for purchase. St. Lucia boast an international airport with flights from the U.K, Europe and North America . The international airport is a scenic twenty minute drive from the development. There is also a secondary airport located in the North of the island that facilitates travel to the other Caribbean Islands. Barbados for example is a short 45 minute plane ride away.
