All of the villa’s rooms have ceiling fans and all open onto the cool veranda and its wonderful views. There is also satellite TV, with a VCR, DVD.

Outside, a lovely array of flowers and shrubs surround the villa’s refreshing pool (15’ x 36’). There is also a large assortment of chairs and lounges for your relaxation, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience. The estate also features an independent gatehouse (approximately 600 sq. ft.) with kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom office space and plenty of storage. The gatehouse is fully air-conditioned.
