What happens if I fail to pay my down payment , or first amortization or full payment within the reservation period? Reservation Fee is forfeited and the lot reserved is declared open for sale.
Can I transfer my reservation in favor of another person? Yes, but only to a relative within the second degree of consanguinity.
Can I transfer my reservation to another lot still available? Yes, subject to company policy and administrative fee.
When can I have ownership of the lot? Upon full payment of the purchase price and transfer fees
Can I have possession of the lot upon payment of an amortization? No. Possession is allowed only upon full payment of the purchase price and transfer and other fees.
