Can I transfer my reservation in favor of another person? Yes, but only to a relative within the second degree of consanguinity.

Can I transfer my reservation to another lot still available? Yes, subject to company policy and administrative fee.

When can I have ownership of the lot? Upon full payment of the purchase price and transfer fees

Can I have possession of the lot upon payment of an amortization? No. Possession is allowed only upon full payment of the purchase price and transfer and other fees.

What other important provisions there are in the reservation application? Applicant acknowledges having read pro-forma contracts and agrees with terms therein;
Applicant only allowed changing investment scheme once within the reservation period;
