Semi-Furnished to Fully-Furnished Condominium Units

A condo unit, in particular a condominium unit to let, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the quantity of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The principal dissimilarity between a condo unit and a house in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as cabinets), appliances (such as clothes dryers) and other furnishings (such as ornaments) may be incorporated in the transaction.
