This lovely property is on a barangay road about 40 meters from the General Luna beach road. On the other side of the beach road is the Municipal resort, so you have 24/7 free beach access to some nice white sand, shell collecting, and cool swimming waters. It's also convenient to enjoy any special municipal events to walk across the street and not worry about parking. Being 40 meters away on the side street allows for little traffic in front of the house. From the second floor you can see the ocean.
