THE CONDOTEL CONCEPT:
Being sold are the most prime condominium units in Boracay. Buyers therefore, become co-owners of the interiors of the purchased unit, the common areas of the condominium and the lot where the building stands which is more or less 2,500 square meters.
Each unit will be covered by a Certificate of Condominium Title (CCT).
Each unit will be leased back to the Club for 15 years to be managed and operated as a hotel. The unit shall be part of the pool of rooms for rental and operated by Newport Creek Holidays, Inc.
During the leaseback period, the unit owner maintains the option to sell his unit anytime provided the taker will abide, assume and continue with the leaseback agreement.

BORACAY UPDATES:
Hundreds of thousands of local and international tourists are flocking to Boracay every year.
The plans for the conversion of Caticlan into an international airport are already with the National Economic Development Authority.
Another international airport in Carabao Island (Just 15 minutes off the northern part of Boracay) will start construction this year
