Introduction to Terrace Houses A terrace house is a residential unit that ajoins another similar unit or units. Terrace Houses are sometimes also referred to as rowhouses (or row houses). One third of the way between a detached house and a condominium, the Terrace House is a prevalent development vehicle in urban areas due to the relatively high cost efficiency (compared to a detached dwelling) and the lack of legal restrictions to the lifestyle inevitable with condos or apartments.Terrace houses are sometimes also referred to as link houses, or semi-detached houses (semi-dee, semidee or semi-D's) if attached to another house only on one side. Describing Terrace Houses There is little practical difference in describing a detached dwelling and a terrace house. The location, size, rooms quality, amenities, various attributes, fixtures, and specific advantages must be conveyed to possible buyers. The rooms, ranging from bedrooms to studies or even attics and basements must be mentioned in full detail, plus also the view, the attractiveness of the location, and so forth. At Ah Yer! Malaysia we encourage users to upload as many snapshots as possible to help describe the property effectively.Fully-Furnished Terrace Houses If the terrace house is for rent, and furnished, the furnishings, ranging from furniture (such as bookshelves and so on), to appliances such as TV's, must also be described. In some instances the terrace house for rent may include ornaments and other sundries.Listings of Terrace Houses in LunasWe couldn't display any area-specific listings in the "terrace house" category in Lunas.
