A condo unit, particularly a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the magnitude of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The foremost dissimilarity between a condo unit and a bungalow in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as dining tables), appliances (such as air conditioners) and other furnishings (such as rugs) may be incorporated in the contractual document.
