- PhP15,000 (US$310) security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.
• 6 months (but less than a year) stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- 2 months security deposit preferred.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.
• 1 year stay:
- 3 months advance preferred.
- 2 months security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.
NOTE: Security deposit shall cover any damage that may be caused to the leased premises, and/or for any loss of properties found therein at the commencement of the lease term. The same shall cover unpaid utility bills for ONLY the last month of occupancy. Thus, payment of the utilities for the months (other than the last month of lease term) shall be for the account of and be paid by the lessee upon receipt. Excess/Remaining balance refundable should there be any.
