PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The property is located in Sitio Barombong, Barangay Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan, Philippines. It is a beautiful beach cove facing West at the China Sea.

To get there, a car ride will take 2.5 hours from Puerto Princesa City (Palawan's capital)to Port Barton and from there , another 45 minutes by boat to our property.

It is about 50 minutes by boat from Barombong to San Vicente municipality where an international airport is being constructed and will be operational by 2010.

The land is under tax declaration, flat and hilly and it's full of coconuts and young fruit-bearing trees like Mangoes, durian, marang, guavas , jackfruits, cashew and santol. There are also quite a number of hardwood that
includes narra, ipil and kamagong (ebony).

The beach front is covered with powdery white sand , the water is crystal clear teeming with marine life ( there is also a coral garden about 50 meters from the shore). Sometimes you can also observe whales and dolphins occasionally .
The forest as earlier described is full of wild animals such as wild fowls, tropical birds, bear cats, monitor lizards and monkeys too.

If you climb to the other side, you will see Port Barton town that can be reached by boat for 15 mins ( they have daily rides).
