Limitations
The only stipulations we make are (a) the advertised product or service must be a property, a brokerage, or otherwise related to
the real estate market in the Philippines, and (b) no advertisments for competing web portals.
Pricing
Prices are currently very low as we are newly introducting the Special Feature tab. We offer several different slots to suit
your needs. The slots are hierarchical.
- Sitewide Exclusive: Only P12,000 per month
Your feature will be the only Special Feature on our site for the entire month.
- Nationwide: Only P7,000 per month
Links to your feature from our front page and all available empty slots.
- Mega Manila: Only P4,000 per month
Metro Manila-NCR plus Bacoor, Cavite, Antipolo, etc. Nationwide ads will show if slot is vacant.
- Manila Local: Only P2,000 per month per locality
Any one city or town in Mega Manila, such as Pasig, or Imus, or Quezon City. Nationwide or Mega Manila ads will show
if slot is vacant.
- Regional Markets: Only P3,000 per month per market
Any one regional market, such as Cebu, or Angeles, or Boracay, etc. Nationwide ads will show if slot is vacant.

1. Advance payment in full is required.
2. The only acceptable payment methods are PayPal™, check, or bank deposit. In case of check or bank deposit,
allow for clearance time.
3. Rates are subject to increase - these are introductory rates.

Q. What about the creative?
Customer is asked to supply design, including copy and images. However, we can convert the design to
web format. Material may be sent to us via email, in binary format (png or jpg), HTML/CSS format, or PDF format.
Q. Which slots are avaible?
Please inquire with us; slots are filled on a first-paid, first-booked basis.
Q. Is the insertion fee refundable?
The advertising fees are 100 percent NON-REFUNDABLE even if our server suffers an outage.
Q. Can I opt for some other form of advertising, other than the Special Feature?
No, the only advertising we offer are Google Ads and the Special Feature tab. We do NOT offer featured listings.
All our listings are non-sponsored true listings.
Q. How many pageviews does Ah Yer! Philippines get?
We do not track pageview data, which is distorted by a number of factors, but according to Google Adsense,
which automatically weeds out duplicate or otherwise invalid pageviews,
our page impressions in the Month of February, 2008 for most of Ah Yer! Philippines were
316,879. However, note that the Special Feature will
not get this many impressions, as the Special Feature is a limited section of Ah Yer! Philippines.
Q. Is there a discount if I book more than one month?
Yes, but we recommend that you book only one month to test the effectivity of advertising with us.
Q. Can I call your landline and discuss this Special Feature?
We do not have a landline. But you can email us at your leisure.
