Masinloc is now being frequented by retiring foreigners/expats.

PROXIMITY:
It is about FIve minutes by the Security gate of the National Power Corporation Geothermal Plant and the ocean or cemented bay-walk park. It is about half an hour to the beach front up north or just a boat ride to the island.

About 35 minutes to the nearest hospital, but only fifteen to twenty minutes to the town where Medical doctors hold their clinics as well as gaming, internet and recreation facilities.
It is about 40 minutes to the Kidz Swimming Pool at Coto Mines by the foot of the forest.
It is three (3) kilometers from the main national highway.
By private car and easy driving, it is about 4 hours to Manila, about 5 to 6 hours to the international Airport, About 2 hours to Subic and Olongapo City where American expats as well as other European countries abound enjoying retirement years. Condominiums, shopping malls and resorts abound at Subic and Olongapo City.
