It is walking distance to the seafront promenade area. 20 meters to the asphalted/developed barangay road. Three minutes to the main highway. About ten (10) to 15 minutes to Resorts. Just a few minutes to the gate of Masinloc Power Plant being run now by Americans. Its barangay or community has its own Waterfront Boardwalk Park where the residents can hold parties, Chili-cook-outs, ballroom, Feast Celebrations, Wedding Celebrations, etc which is just two minutes walk from the Powerplant gate and about ten minutes walk from the property.
About 20 minutes to the Lawis river where another Taiwanese developer has bought a ten hectares Mangoland to be developed, too into another project.
About 25 minutes drive to the town public market and police station. Barely ten minutes to the National Power Geothermal Plant. more or less 40 minutes to the next town (towards North) of Candelaria where a hospital is located and several Beach Resorts and another island frequented by the foreign and local movie industry, though Masinloc public market house medical and dental clinics, too. 2 to 3 hours to Olongapo City and Subic Freeport Zone. Recreation and Commercial centers. .4 to 6 hours to the international airport in Manila.
MASINLOC is now being developed with the POWER PLANT bought by Americans and some more Korean and Taiwanese investors recently bought farms and waterfront properties. A Taiwanese has PRAWN farms and exports Prawn to Taiwan and Japan.Korean Han Jin company recently bought a farm located between the waterfront and the highway.
A Chinese national developed a couple of mountain resorts for lease. A hotel was newly built in the barrio of Sta. Rita, Masinloc, Zambales.

Inhobol Barangay along the highway has a few night clubs and a couple of hotels. Billiard joints are also accessible in every barangay.
You can also put your own Billiard hall within the residential farm for your family recreation with option of leasing it to the public.

You can also dig out a few hundreds of meters for fishpond or Prawn pond for extra income.

Masinloc has the long stretched white beach San Salvador island frequented by foreign and local movie industry for their shoot-outs or film-making:
Masinloc has Coto Mines with its own KIDS' Swimming pool with waterfalls and maintained flowing fresh water river Swimming pool with the rocks moved to the side creating a natural ambiance of calm forest.

it is just an hour drive to the white-beach resorts and recreation centers in Iba, Zambales towards South. About two to three hours easy driving to Subic/SBMA and Olongapo City lined by night clubs and recreation centers. The nature park of SBMA is magnificent, too.

Ballroom Dancing is part of the romantic culture in the province and Masinloc couples are very much fond of it with its weekly and monthly gatherings and social ball contests especially among the retirees and expats of other countries.
