Condo Unit Furnishings

A condo unit, most notably a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the range of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The most obvious difference between a condo unit and a house + lot in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as dining tables), appliances (such as stereos) and other furnishings (such as crockery) may be covered in the agreement.
