Question : If I invest in a Casita share will I own a particular unit?
Answer: No, you are only a shareholder of the number of shares that you invested in the resort. 1 Casita unit is 8 shares.
Question: If I invest in 8 shares, will I own a particular unit?
Answer: No, you still don’t own a particular unit. But you are entitled to 8 shares of the profit in the rental pool.
Question: What are the benefits of a shareholder?

• Seven (7) complimentary nights annually; 3 nights peak and 4 nights low season; non – cumulative
• A shareholder will receive a portion of the net profit (Revenues less operating, administrative & management expenses)

Question: If I am a shareholder, can I used the facilities of the Beach club & Spa?
Answer: No, you must have to buy a club membership share to use its facilities. However, you can enjoy the facilities when you use the seven(7) days complimentary stay.
Question: How much is the Beach Club & Spa membership?
Answer: The price for the 2nd 50 shares is PhP 425,000 as of July 2008 and may increase without prior notice.
Question: Can I sell my Casita share or Club Membership share at any time?
Answer: No, both shares have a holdover tenure of 3 years before you can sell it to others.
Question: If I buy a Casita share, what will be my proof of title?
Answer: You will be given a stock certificate equivalent to the number of shares that you bought of the Resort. Just like in any corporation, a shareholder has voting rights.
Question: How much will I earn from the investment of 1 share and when it will be paid to me?
Answer: As per study conducted the average return of investment is around 14% based on a 80% occupancy rate and average rate of US$ 200 a night. Income will be distributed QUARTERLY.
Question: As a Casita shareholder, can I live in the unit more than the 7 days complimentary nights?
Answer: No, the Casita project is an investment portfolio. Hence, you cannot live more than the given FREE nights. If you do, you will be treated as a guest of the resort and will be ask to pay the room rate.
Question: What If I invest a lot of shares, how many days can I stay?
Answer: The shares will just be multiplied by seven(7) days FREE nights. For example, you bought 10 shares, then you can live by as many as 70 FREE nights. Thus, if you want to stay for 1 whole year in a casita, then simply divide 365 days by 7 FREE nights or around 52 shares. Living in a premier resort in a year and earn 14% for your 52 shares per year. How’s, that?
