Furnishing of Condos

A condo unit, especially a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the quantity of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The principal variation between a condo unit and a house + lot in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as couches), appliances (such as dryers) and other furnishings (such as art) may be covered in the agreement.
