Furnishing of Condos

A condo unit, most commonly a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the quantity of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The principal distinction between a condo unit and a house + lot in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as beds), appliances (such as home theaters) and other furnishings (such as artwork) may be included in the contract.
