Furnished Condominiums

A condo unit, most notably a condominium unit for rent, may be offered in a furnished condition. Depending on the amount of furnishings, the condo unit may be described as either unfurnished (in other words, "bare"), semi-furnished, or fully-furnished. The most obvious differentiation between a condo unit and a house + lot in this regard is that condo furnishings do not include garden fixtures. All other fixtures, including furniture (such as cabinets), appliances (such as TV's) and other furnishings (such as artwork) may be mentioned in the contractual document.
