How to Get to Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center-
· Only 5-minute away from Caticlan Airport is the Crown Regency Welcome Center with the staff to welcome & assist you. Parking facilities for privately owned vehicles are available.
· Crown Regency with its own private boat will take you to Boracay Island.
· When you reach the island, private shuttle van of Crown Regency will transport unit owners & guests within the island.

Existing Club Ultima members get a Php 300,000 discount from the existing price. Discount applies only on one (1) unit. Members with one (1) room night privilege must upgrade to seven (7) room night privilege to avail of the members price
For non-members, price includes Club Ultima membership with 7 FREE room nights with option to enroll with Interval International, subject to payment of regular charges imposed by Interval International.
Foreign currencies are accepted at a lock-up value of minus one peso of the prevailing exchange rate.

If hotel opens before payment is complete-
· For 15 mo. Installment scheme gets 50% share of profit
· For 18 mo. Installment scheme gets 40% share of profit
· For 24 mo. Installment scheme gets 30% share of profit
· For 30 mo. Installment scheme gets 20% share of profit
· All checks should be made payable to Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation
· Full profit of investors starts when investment is fully-paid
· Reservation deposits of one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000.00) are non-refundable
· Cash paying Investors will be given first priority in choosing units and 45-day Free Stay at any Crown Regency Hotel as signing bonus.
PRIVILEGES-

· 45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay privilege certificates at any of the Crown Regency hotel chain of proeprties & other off-site facilities with no expiry period on a one to one room night value.
· Investors could also exchange their Club Ultima 7-day Free stay privileges in any of the 2,900 Interval International affiliated hotels & resorts worldwide.
· The 45-day Free Stay can also be used to get additional room nights with Interval International.
· AN ADDITIONAL ONE-TIME SIGNING BONUS OF 45-DAY FREE STAY AT ANY CLUB ULTIMA OR CROWN REGENCY OPERATED HOTELS (except Boracay) FOR CASH INVESTORS

· An investor gets an estimated total of US $14,100 ( Php 683,850) / year
· An investor who sells their 45-day Free Stay on peak season gets more added incentives.
· Investors could look forward to an estimated 5year full return of their investment while enjoying the good life in Boracay or the privileges & benefits of being a member of CLub Ultima and in all of its off-site facilities through the Crown Regency Hotel chain.


PAPERWORKS -
· Investors will sign an investment agreement to purchase a stock share from Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. equivalent to one specific condotel unit
· When payment is fully paid, investors will receive a stock share ownership certificate
· Stock share ownership can only be resold whne fully paid.
· No capital gains tax involved.
