The villa is fully furnished - including all linens, a microwave, CD player and cable TV. The villa is on the main water line and also has its own reserve water tank. A pleasant breeze is present at most times and the house is fully screened and secure. The covered wooden deck brings the outside in, expanding the living area. The deck wraps around the house offering wonderful views and providing both shady and sunny areas all day long.The staff consists of a maid who cleans, washes and does the housework 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. She is also happy to assist in the kitchen and will cook if you provide the food and discuss the menu. She will also babysit by private arrangement.
