3,196 sq.m. Approximately 209 meters long by 23 meters wide going all the way from the road to the Sulu Sea. A little over 1/3 of the land is currently unused and could be used for many things to expand the resort, or build an owners house, flower gardens, etc.
Resort is located about 15-20 minutes from Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte. Sindangan is about 1 1/2 hours drive south from Dipolog which is the city you fly into. Sindangan is a small but growing community and is very safe here.
Compare our price of P6M with the price of another resort for sale here with 1/4 the land area as ours, no overnight rooms and priced at P9M. Also another resort that is not for sale and has about 1/3 the land area as ours and the owner was offered P15M for it and refused. You couldn't buy the land and build this resort for P6m now. AREA DESCRIPTION
Located on the nicest beach in this area. It is loaded with shells and corals and a beachcombers paradise. Clear water that is safe for swimming as we are located in a bay. There is a black volcanic rock formation 100 meters down the beach that juts out into the ocean and is use by local photographers for photo shoots. Sindangan is a progressive community and very safe. Retired General Yano former Chief of Staff is from here and he makes sure the area is safe. Sindangan is located in a bay and has safe and clean waters for swimming. Dipolog is only 1 1/2 hours away.
