The bathrooms also have ocean views and are equally elegant with custom made fixtures and fittings. Some eight hundred feet of waterfront lie below the house, including a beach and a boat dock. Access to the dock is conveniently provided for the less energetic by a cable car from the living room deck down to the bocce ball court.
