AhYer is pleased to welcome AuctionLoanz, Philippines First Home Loan Broker Service. AuctionLoanz aims to get the banks to bid for your loan and do all the running on the ground for you. AuctionLoanz is accredited with all major banks in the Philippines - Bank of the Philippines Island (BPI), HSBC, Bank of China, ANZ Bank, Mayban (the list is growing rapidly). The online submission form is now on every property listing on AhYer.

Dear AhYer Realtors,
We wish to apologise to all users for recent issues with uploading property listings. As per our previous announcement, we were in the midst of upgrading our servers - this is always a critical period where a site is susceptible to unexpected instabilities. Rest assured, management have had very little sleep this week resolving all outstanding issues. We are still ironing out a few minor issues, if you notice anything wrong at all, please contact us so that we can fix it immediately. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Scheduled Server Outage
Apologies if you are having problems loading listings on AhYer! We are performing site maintenance over the weekend. Our listings in Philippines alone is now over 16000 properties - that takes enormous computing power! We are also in the process of adding more function to AhYer! Thank you for your patience and we promise a better and faster AhYer once maintenance is complete.
