The third is a toilet/shower/laundry facility which has two low flush compost toilets, one cold water shower, double sinks and area for hanging laundry, adjacent are two 600 gallon water tanks that are gravity fed into the toilet, shower and sinks. All water is rain collected and excellent for drinking.
The fifth is a 12’ x 12’ equipment storeroom and the fifth is a 24’ x 10’ bure sitting area next to the creek.

Underground electrical lines are run the length of the property through all lots with three junction boxes installed, one at the sitting bure, one at the toilet/shower area and one at the storeroom. Additional electrical connections can be made through these junction boxes and do not have to be run back to the main electrical meter at the bar/kitchen building.
